This terms of use and acceptable use policy (together with the documents referred to in it) tells you what are the permitted uses and prohibited uses and the general terms of use on which you may make use of Your Church Wedding and the Ceremony Planner sites (“our sites”)
Use of our sites includes accessing, browsing, or registering to use our sites. Please ensure you have read and understood to this policy. We recommend that you print a copy of this for future reference. If you do not agree to this policy, you must not use our sites.

Our Privacy Policy, also applies to your use of our sites and sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, and your data protection obligations together with details about the cookies used by our sites. Our sites are operated by the Archbishops’ Council which is a body pursuant to section 1 (1) of the National Institutions Measure 1998 whose objects are to co-ordinate, promote, aid and further the work and mission of the Church of England. Pursuant to section 1(2) of the National Institutions Measure 1998 the Archbishops’ Council is established for charitable purposes, charity number 1074857 together with its representatives (“We”). You may link to our web sites, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists.

If, in our absolute discretion, there is any inappropriate use of our sites by you we may take such action as we deem appropriate including withdrawal of your right to use our sites and if appropriate, legal proceedings.
We exclude liability for actions taken in response to inappropriate use of the sites and any breaches of this policy. The responses described in this policy are not limited, and we may take any other action we reasonably deem appropriate.

Please note that this policy, its subject matter and its formation, are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
